myNuvita brings your Nuvita program to your mobile device. This fun app enables you to stay connected to your Nuvita program and team. My Nuvita is compatible with Nuvita Live Younger, Nuvita X, Fitness League and Lifestyle 360 programs. Included in this version: - View your progress between weeks - Engage with your coach using the coaching wall - One click send your team encouraging messages - Track all your meals (enter descriptions, healthy ranking and calories) - View your cardio status for the week and each individual session - Track your mobility - Invite friends and view each others progress - View real time cardio stars - Read your coaching lessons and take quizzes from your coach - Post to the wellness wall - Apple's Health app Integration - You can turn on "Health Integration" from the more tab. After you perform a workout using Apple's workout app on the watch you can then open the myNuvita app to receive credit for your workout.
